The texts and images on this website began as a way to talk about and organise my work as a musician and recording artist from 2010 to the present (CLICK ME)

Six years ago, I was at the computer at work and I thought, just start from the very beginning. The first sentence I wrote was: "I was born in 1995 in the North of England but left to live in Oxford and then London when I was 18, a decision about which I feel ambivalent." I am still dealing with this first sentence, which forms the subject of many of the texts and images on this website (CLICK ME)

The texts and images -- the ones on this website -- are connected in strands that you can click through, although they sometimes turn in on themselves or arrive at dead ends because they're not finished. All of them, in a sense, concern the importance of con-text, the desire to determine one's own simply as human beings and the restrictions placed on us by (CLICK ME)

Of the three hyperlinks subtly inserted above, I would firstly recommend the second, but in truth they are all equally valid false-start chapter ones beginning now, Sunday 15th February 2026 (last rev. August 2023), "before the moveable backdrop shift[s] and change[s]"
